Visit WebsiteYou are invited to join us for the REVIVE your MENTAL HEALTH Walk & Talk on 11th October at 8 am at Beth Boyd Park – Thorneside, in support of QLD Mental Health Week.
A morning of CONNECTION with nature, community, to elevate your health and support of the awareness of Mental Health. You will have the opportunity to learn from the expert founder MBM4Life® How to implement simple exercises in your daily walk to prevent Osteoporosis, and Sarcopenia ( loss of muscle mass) that comes with aging process.
Register on the link and you are able to join a what’s app community to be in touch prior the day. We also connect at the Blue Tongue Caffee after the walk, for morning tea ( pre-order will be informed on what’s app)for those who are keen to share experience in a beautiful spot of our Bay.
