World Mental Health Day: Resources & Community at Legacy Hub

The YMC Legacy Hub is proud to be hosting a free community event in recognition of World Mental Health Day. This day is all about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and creating a safe space for conversations around mental health and wellbeing.

We are excited to be partnering with Drug Arm and Our House Our Haven, who will be joining us on the day to share valuable information, resources, and support with the community. Their expertise and presence will provide opportunities for people to learn more about available services and how to access support when needed.

In addition, the Legacy Hub will also be offering free resources on Resilience First Aid, equipping our community with practical tools and strategies to build resilience and strengthen mental wellbeing.

This event is completely free and open to everyone – we invite you to come along, connect, and take part in an important day of awareness, support, and community connection.
