Learn how to recognise the signs, protect your wellbeing, and access support.
Coercive control is a pattern of behaviours used to dominate, isolate, and erode a person’s independence. It can have a profound impact on mental health, yet it is often misunderstood or overlooked.
This FREE COMMUNITY WORKSHOP held during QUEENSLAND MENTAL HEALTH WEEK, will give you:
- A clear understanding of what coercive control is – and what it isn’t.
- The tools to recognise warning signs.
- Insight into how coercive control affects mental health.
- Practical strategies for self-protection and support.
- Information on services and resources available.
Please note: This workshop is educational in nature. We do not provide legal advice, but we can guide you to appropriate support services if needed
