Do you sometimes feel caught in a system that makes it hard to live in line with your values – how we treat our planet, each other, and ourselves?
The global sustainability crisis requires more than better policies or consumer choices. It calls on us to pause. To reflect on the values we live by, the connections that truly matter, and what brings us lasting happiness. It asks us to care not only for our planet, but also for our own mental health and wellbeing.
If you feel deeply about what is happening in our world – whether that stirs frustration, anger, sadness, or simply a longing for a more mindful and sustainable way of being – this event is for you.
Join us for The Way Out, a free community film screening and mindfulness evening made possible through the Queensland Mental Health Week Community Grant. Together, we’ll be looking inward – exploring how mindfulness can strengthen our wellbeing, nurture happiness, and inspire collective action for a more sustainable future.
