Free workshop! Karen Barlow from Bundaberg Counselling is planning on giving your a refreshing treat and take you on a tender journey where we will be kind and take care of ourselves.
Come and join with others in the community and attend a lovely, refreshing and calming one hour workshop.
Theme: Mindfulness and visualisation for self-compassion and emotional resilience.

This quote gently invites participants to turn inward with tenderness, making it a perfect companion to a meditation session focused on clarity, warmth, and self-compassion.
Our logo is the Blue Fairy Wren and they are such happy, lovely birds. The babies are gorgeous and our goals is to be as kind and tender towards ourselves as we would a baby blue fairy wren.
Audience: All welcome — especially helpful for those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout.
Seats: There is space for 25 people at the Bundaberg Neighbourhood Centre on Friday 31 October at 10am.
