Participants will enjoy a Laughter Yoga session led by an experienced facilitator, followed by light refreshments. Afterward, a calming Meditation session will guide you into a peaceful state of mind.
This workshop is open to the public, with a special invitation to carers, and aims to highlight the importance of engaging in activities that support mental health. You’ll also have the chance to discover other regular well-being programs at the Neighbourhood Centre, including meditation, yoga, artistic activities, and social events that foster connection and help reduce social isolation.
