Visit WebsiteWe are very excited to offer two free activities and lunch to celebrate the importance of community connection during this year’s Qld Mental Health Week.
We will start the morning with a guided Meditation and Mindfulness session with Georgia Cummings, in the mindfulness (Vipassana) tradition. This relaxing activity will be followed by a delicious lunch after which we will have Laughing Yoga at 1.30pm.
