Whether you are a mental health practitioner wanting to strengthen your own self-care and add new skills for your clients, or someone who simply wants to experience mindfulness in a grounding and restorative way, this workshop is designed for you. With only 10 places available, you’ll learn and practice in a safe and supportive environment, guided by a clinical expert with over 24 years of experience.
