Visit WebsiteA free, one-hour skills-based session introducing core strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). DBT is designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience in the face of distress. The focus of this workshop is on:
- Distress Tolerance – surviving overwhelming moments
- Emotion Regulation – understanding and shifting emotions
- Crisis Survival Kit – tools to build your own
- Take-home Worksheets – for ongoing practice
The workshop uses simple, hands-on activities to help participants calm the body, understand emotions, and develop personal strategies for everyday life.
