Join in for a day filled with art and music therapy, mindfulness activities, digital wellbeing workshops, and inspiring talks from mental health professionals. The smell of the sizzling community BBQ filled the air as families connected over free food and meaningful conversations. A special information zone offers free resources on counselling, NDIS, and wellbeing services. The event was all about breaking stigma, sharing smiles, and showing that mental health matters for everyone. The laughter, learning, and positive energy made it a truly heart-warming celebration of resilience and community spirit!
