A free community service – based on the principles of Raja Yoga (open-eyed) Meditation as taught by The Brahma Kumaris. Facilitated by ‘BK’ Annemarie De Seriere, who is a qualified meditation teacher, holistic health practitioner, life coach, hypnotherapist and author.
Struggling in life? … You are not alone. Starting a daily meditation routine can help, as there are many benefits – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It can aid in relaxation and de-stressing. And it can help manage anger, anxiety, depression and pain.
