2 Day – Mental Health First Aid Course

Mental Health First Aid training equips adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a friend, family member, co-worker, or another adult, experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

Two day course: 8am to 4:30pm
(12-hour course, breaks included)

9th and 10th of October
