Visit WebsiteI am pleased to host an AdopTEA Morning Tea as part of Queensland Mental Health Month.
Adoption touches the lives of approximately 1 in 15 Australians, and for many adoptees, it can bring lifelong questions and emotional complexities. This event provides a meaningful opportunity for those impacted by adoption to connect, reflect, and share experiences in a supportive setting.
I am delighted to be joined by:

• Dr Jo-Ann Sparrow, President of Jigsaw Queensland Inc.

Together, we will hear from guest speakers and explore the importance of peer support, lived experience, and community connection.

Time: 9AM to 10AM
Morning tea will be provided.
This event is open to adoptees and others directly affected by adoption. It is intended as an informal and inclusive event to come together, share reflections, and build community.
Please note: This is not a counselling or therapeutic session. Attendees are encouraged to be mindful of their wellbeing and to have personal support systems in place, if needed.
