This free event will feature a panel of mental health practitioners, lived experience speakers, and mental health advocates, including Sunlight Centre CEO and Clinical Director, Ken Loftus. We’ll explore real stories, practical tools for mental wellbeing, and highlight the support available through Sunlight’s free services while showing you our new Support and Training room.

After the panel, enjoy light refreshments and if you like, take part in guided “connection card” conversations designed to spark meaningful dialogue and reduce the stigma around mental health.
