Mental Health Awareness Day for all in the transport, rural and civil industries. It’s a day to start important conversations to mitigate the stigma of asking for help when that overwhelming feeling casts a shadow over you.

There is live entertainment, specialist guest speakers, fun competitions, car show, truck show, raffles, auctions, RFDS flight simulator.
