Queensland Mental Health Expo – Narangba Valley State High School

Join us at Narangba Valley State High School for our 2025 Mental Health Expo, a high-energy, student-led celebration of connection, wellbeing, and positive mental health! Held during both lunch breaks on Thursday 9 October, the day will feature a mini expo with local gyms, youth services, and community organisations showcasing how they support young people’s mental health. Students will collect stamps by engaging with stalls and unlock a free sausage sizzle!

Then at second break, get ready for the Ice Bucket Challenge, where students will vote (with gold coin donations) to see their favourite teachers iced—all in support of Headspace! With music, giveaways, and hands-on activities, this event is all about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and showing that mental health matters.
