Mental Health Expo

The Toowoomba SHS Mental Health Expo aims to prioritise community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing through connecting students, staff and carers with local service providers.  Through this educational opportunity we facilitate face to face awareness of how services are delivered and the referral process involved.  We aim to reduce the stigma of mental illness and promote lifestyles that build positivity and resilience through interactive displays and hands on activities.  We hope through this expo we give students, staff and carers the opportunity to connect in a safe supported environment and learn where to seek help, when they or a loved one is struggling.
