Queensland Mental Health Week – Tamborine Mountain State High

A week long interactive event throughout the high school celebrating awareness of mental health with activities that include a  silent rainforest creek meditation walk, hand painting river stone with gratitude and positive affirmations, sleep lab, presentation from Headspace, origami empathy charades, face painting and more.
