Get prepared for QMHW

Now that the dates are confirmed for Queensland Mental Health Week 2020 as as 10-18 October, you can start preparing. If you want to get involved, you can plan to hold an event during the week. Check with local organisations who might want to get involved and start planning. Events don’t need to be big to have a big impact. A mindful morning tea could help people in your community connect. You could hold an event within your local area, for a particular sport/hobby, with a school, or for any other group.
