An interactive workshop for local community members to educate and inform on how to achieve positive mental health. There will be a session on Mindfulness, Fitness for Seniors and Qi Gong – (tai chi). Anya from Holistic Wellness will be there to speak about Holistic Wellness. There will be a nutritional lunch served and prizes to be won.
