Mind Australia – Mental Health and Wellbeing Expo

Mental Health Expo – Monday 9th October, 2023 10am – 2pm – Jubilee Park
Come and see all the wonderful services that promote and support mental health & wellbeing.

Community service, NDIS providers and other wellbeing services will host many stalls for meet and
greets, information on supports available in the community, interactive activities and lots of freebies!

The day will also feature live local entertainment, food vendors, free light refreshments, merchandise
giveaways, self-care station, express physical movement workshops, wellness workshops, cultural performances
and much more!! Winners of our the Art Exhibition for Mental Health also announced.
