Learn about and experience forest therapy, also known as forest bathing and nature therapy in this small group guided session through the hidden sanctuary of Alex Forest Conservation Reserve at Alexandra Headlands.
Forest therapy follows a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us develop our relationship with nature, the more-than-human world. It is a simple and down-to-Earth practice that improves our wellbeing, strengthens connection to self, nature and other humans and acknowledges and reveres country.
