Chocolate Meditation is a simple and enjoyable way to practice Mindfulness that can be done anywhere, anytime, with a small piece of chocolate. It is a form of mindful eating that focuses on the experience of eating chocolate.

We will host a Chocolate Meditation workshop for our employees. Plus, we have created a free resource for anyone to check out and practise Chocolate Mindfulness Meditation at home.
