Come and try mindfulness meditation, a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity and calm both your mind and body. Learn how to be in “the now” so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.
Afterward, connect with others over morning tea. A take-home pamper pack will be given to all participants. Feel free to bring your own props (mat, booster/pillow, block/cushion) if desired.
