Come and try mindfulness meditation, a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity and calm both your mind and body.┬áLearn how to be in “the now” so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.

Afterward, connect with others over morning tea. A take-home pamper pack will be given to all participants. Feel free to bring your own props (mat, booster/pillow, block/cushion) if desired.
