Working with gentle exercise and breath work through Tai Chi and peaceful walking, this free guided walk will give you an opportunity to  taking time to focus on the senses, using the natural surrounds of the park.

The walk will assist you in bringing peace and calm to your day.

There will be an opportunity to express your feelings and thoughts after the walk with words, pictures and creative expression.

A light lunch will be served at the Lawson Shed on return.
